Anyone know the name of this movie?

I seen it a few years ago on like fox66 at about 4am. Anyways, the kids in the show were somewhere between 11-13 and I swear it has Misha Barton in it, but I can't seem to find out what movie it was, anyways the kids end up getting pregnant, the boys mom was allowing them to have sex for some stupid reason and they got pregnant and ended up raising the baby, it was a ridiculous movie, i was telling my friend about it and she wants to know the name to it and i don't seem to know, anyone see this movie or know what it was called?
