How to get a job and become successful in interviews?

My Dad told me once that when u go to an interview not only are u being interviewed for a job but u r interviewing ur potential boss and potential place of employment too. Sounds corny I know, but if u think of it that way it really helps u to loosen up. Atleast its worked for me. Also wear ur favorite color to your interview. I always wear a yellow blouse. Its my fav, it makes me happy, it makes me feel good about myself and ultimately more confident.
