Should i wait for his reply?

If you just wanted to be friends with him you wouldn't "hide" behind another woman's picture. You wouldn't tease him either. You know you want more, after all we are not here to judge you so it's not bad to admit the truth. :) I guess if he wants more too, he will give you a sign. If he doesn't, you shouldn't bother him again because it might risk his job, and you don't want that, do you?
