Where can I find information on Reed & Barton silver products that are older?

I have a beautiful Reed & Barton silver plated serving dish that I can't find any information about. The serving dish is marked on the bottom with the Reed & Barton name, #470 and pat. date June 29th, 1897. It has 4 legs on it with beautiful design around each leg, on the handles, and the lid. It is a smaller serving dish like 1 quart. It also has a loose rim that rotates. It doesn't come off. I'd like to know what I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
