How can I transfer when I'm in 10th grade?

I live in NYC and I was excited for my first year of high school but now that's changed. I hate my school and I found out my school has 6 other schools in the same building and we basically only get a hallway and a half and we share the cafeteria. They were all these activites that the school had offered when I was selecting my school but it turns out that my school stop giving those activites anymore. I was giving a chance to transfer earlier during the year but my friends begged me to stay and then later turned out to be messed up people who don't actually. Is there any possible way I could transfer cause this is making me depressed
