I need help getting ready for college?

i am a junior in high school and am thinking about college. I am muslim and was wondering if middlesex or rutgers in new jersey has more muslims in it. Is there a club or something for muslim students i can attend to meet new people and socialize. Is it easy making friends freshman year of college. also do you have to do physical education and also can i leave the school to eat my lunch or do i have to go to the cafeteria.
